Dr. Dym has been practicing radiology for over 15 years.  He currently serves as Director of Radiology at 2 hospitals in Orange County, Ca and has been in various leadership roles throughout his career.  Dr. Dym serves as quality assurance director for his group and reviews missed cases for both hospitals.  He also runs several conferences including improvement on the technical side of radiology and works with many radiology technicians as well.  His experience at these busy centers has allowed Dr. Dym to become quite excellent in interpreting a wide variety of imaging studies.  He serves at a level 2 trauma center, a stroke center, a cardiac center as well as part of Children’s Hospital of Orange County (CHOC).  Dr. Dym’s fellowship in musculoskeletal radiology has allowed him to become an expert in this sub-specialty as well.  Dr. Dym is a visiting professor at the University of California at Irvine and lectures radiology residents throughout the year.

Dr. Dym has been an expert witness for nearly 10 years and has experience in depositions and trial appearances.  He has an effective and refreshing  method of explaining potentially complex imaging findings in a relatively simple manner and this has helped him throughout the years not only in the expert witness realm, but as an instructor in radiology and consulting physician to his peers.

Dr. Dym has been voted a 2021 Physician of Excellence by the Orange County Medical Association.
